Product Introduction
This equipment is a high-pressure rubber hose test bench developed in accordance with the relevant testing requirements of GB 10544 - 2003 Hydraulic Fluid Power - Rubber Hoses and Hose Assemblies for Hydraulic Power Transmission. It is mainly used to conduct pressure tests on high-pressure rubber hoses after their joints are formed, and can perform normal-pressure sealing tests and burst tests.
The tests are carried out in a closed detection chamber. By replacing the corresponding joints, it can test high-pressure hose assemblies of various specifications. Test data is recorded by a dedicated instrument, which can display and store pressure data and pressure curves, and also transfer data to a computer for printing and saving.
