Founded in 2005 and located in Fengtai Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, the company has a registered capital of 30 million CNY. It is mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of industrial hydraulic testing equipment and various industrial equipment, with customers covering machinery, coal mining, railway, automobile, agricultural machinery and other industries.

Covering an area of about 60,000 square meters, the company includes more than 30,000 square meters of standardized product manufacturing workshops and a 4,000-square-meter R&D and office building. It has product R&D platforms such as "Huainan Hydraulic Testing Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center", "USTC/Power Mining Intelligent Robot R&D Center" and "Product Testing Center".

It has successively signed technical R&D agreements with relevant professional colleges of the University of Science and Technology of China and Anhui University of Science and Technology to establish industry-university-research cooperation. In 2010, it passed the "ISO9000 Quality Management System Certification"; in 2011, it was recognized as a national "High-tech Enterprise"; in 2012, its patented product, the ZSY-1800T fully automatic column test bench customized for SANY Heavy Industry, the first of its kind in China, won the title of "Anhui First Set of Major Equipment"; in 2013, it obtained provincial support for the independent innovation project "Development of Intelligent Production and Testing Equipment for Hydraulic Components" under the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Special Fund, and also won the honor of "Anhui Integrity Enterprise".

In 2019, it customized the first domestic large eccentric load column test bench simulating working conditions for Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2021, it developed a 40,000KN column loading test bench for Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., and in 2023, the comprehensive test bench for hydraulic support valves customized for China Coal Technology and Engineering Group, all of which are pioneering in China.
